Guy left the valve open, it was open so tight when I checked it the thing felt like it was closed.... had to use a pair of pliers to close it.

My dad just got a kidney transplant and is recovering out of town. So when I got back home I noticed the smell of propane not realizing our tank was empty to our furnace until I tried to turn it on. I gave CoEnergy a call late on Saturday, expecting they were closed and would come on a week day to refill, they answered and sent a nice man from Philomath who not only filled it at 7p that night but helped me get the furnace back up and running before he left! We needed to refill some of our propane tanks for the RV and BBQ grill. We had checked various locations and either their tanks were out of service or the prices were ridiculous. We found CoEnergy while driving down the road on our way to search other locations in a nearby town. I'm glad we stopped at this establishment. The employee that refilled our tanks was friendly and helpful. He chatted with my husband for a few minutes while filling the tanks.
