Was asked to help an elderly couple take a heavy piece of furniture into their home- the customer asked Denna for permission to see if me and a different coworker could help and Denna said yes, i did not deliver this piece of furniture - we loaded it on to their truck, we just helped them load it into their home, got back to work my supervisor called me mad and said that we did not have permission to do so and Denna said she did not give us permission- and the next day they fired me. she lied . the customer can reiterate wor... read more

I live in Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City metro area and found coens when looking for sunny designs furniture. I was able to purchase the piece I needed and have it delivered and had no concerns site unseen. We ran into a single snafoo on something that was missed by they were quick to take care of the issue. Overall a very pleased customer and I plan on purchasing products from them again in the future.

Never have I ever had a bad experience here. They are the friendliest staff, extremely helpful & all of their furniture is top quality. And you cannot beat free delivery in town! I always recommend Coens and we will never go anywhere else.
