Today was my first time at the Dr. Carlos Coelho office. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They printed all my copies and results. Looked up to all my paper work to get ready to see the doctor. The doctor is taking his time to really know and understand your problem. Answering all the questions. Not rushing you. Very Experienced and very professional in his field.
I waited three months for my endocrinology appointment with Dr. Carlos Coelho. Unfortunately, I never even had the chance to meet him, so I cannot speak to the quality of his care. The receptionist, however, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed to have called me 11 times — which is not true — and completely ignored the fact that I had responded to their email confirming my appointment and had already sent my referral via fax.
