Oakberry Dental has a new dentist, and I was very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and friendly demeanor. Welcome, Dr. Naguib!
Dr.Coeler is great! I have been going to her for years. After her retirement I stayed and was very disappointed. My dental work was not done correctly and had to fixed. I still stayed giving the new dentist another chance. Another dentist came on board that also incorrectly performed my dental work. I finally left and took my family out of that office. They also incorrectly bill your insurance or sometimes don’t bill them at all and charge you unexpectedly at your next visit for what should be covered services.
This used to be an excellent dentistry office. Since Dr. Amy Coeler sold it to a corporation, it has plunged downhill faster than you can even imagine! As soon as I get my permanent crown that they have been holding hostage since mid October, the first thing I’m going to do is find a new dentist. Breaks my heart. How a corporation could crap up a business so quickly is unknown to me. But they have done it and done it excellently!
I received no text or phone call for my appointment on Monday December 1 so I called at 8:00 am on Monday to make sure I had an appointment, and no answer. So I went back through my text messages and found one from oak berry dental at 5:20 am on Monday to let me know that they are closed until December 8 and to call and reschedule my appointment. Doesn’t sound very professional to me. Maybe I’ll just make an appointment somewhere else especially since they made my appointment for Monday December 1
I will not be returning after getting my teeth cleaned. The rumor has it that everyone quit because their checks bounced, so instead of having a dental hygienist, the dr had to do my teeth cleaning. So first thing, when I got in my chair, the dentist was reclining my chair while she was grabbing gloves and putting them on. When she turned around.
