I have been going to Amy for 17 years. It was always a clean and professional atmosphere with state of the art equipment and well staffed. I have had my teeth cleaned twice since Amy's retirement now and although my usual hygienist (or any hygienist for that matter) was not there today, I will just say that if you are searching for quality dental care, this dental office is not for you. All of the technology that was in the office is gone. x-ray machines are not working, they are out of fluoride, then they are out of polish.... read more
Friendly staff. procedure was explained..
Unfortunately, this is the last time anyone in my family will be going to this dental practice. There was a new dentist that we were not informed of. The previous dentist quit about a month ago according to office staff. This office is so understaffed that the dentist herself did my cleaning. I have no problem with that EXCEPT she donned her gloves and then proceeded to touch her chair, the keyboard on the computer and all the handles to drawers in the room. Horrible! Twice in a year my appointment was canceled two days before the scheduled date.
The office closed for the entire week without notification but I continued to get notifications of my upcoming appointment and even after the date I received a rate my experience.
