A 1 star is not even appropriate for this horrible "company". I too, like other reviewers, ordered four pairs of custom crocs from this organization through our soccer club that we were supposed to receive by last Christmas 2023! My kids were excited about them and kept asking where they were. It is now September 2024, and we have never received the product which I paid approximately $200 in total for, and the company will not even dignify me with a response.
