We have been a customer for over 20 years and have been very happy with the copier themselves, but disappointed with the service contract billing and account rep for years. Recently I had a billing issue and asked for a rep to reach out. Phillip who is our new rep was very helpful and responsive. He fixed our service agreement billing and found us another machine to add to our fleet. He made the process smooth and the Carli with the help desk knows her stuff. She was amazing.
The smog coming out of one of your trucks, a red pick up is soo terrible. Its broad day light out and I couldnt see the road in front of me. Polution is bad. Disgusting. Dangerous.
Your entire operation is a well-oiled machine. Your folks, from the service desk to the technicians are always so calm, personable and knowledgeable. Professionalism all the way!
