Terrible customer service, billing department staff is dense, account manager doesn't even know how to explain why there are fees for printing on a machine we own. No customer satisfaction. If you want an unorganized company who only cares for money, choose this one.
We used Coeco at a medical clinic I manage and just terminated our contract with them because of terrible service. They would take multiple days to come out to evaluate an issue, if they agreed to come at all (usually blaming the malfunction on our internet or phone company) and would not fix it unless they were contacted again with the same problem.
