Put half down as a deposit for a custom dog box. Was told it would be approximately 7-8 months to be done. Over a year later still not done and refuses to return calls or answer the phone. I want my deposit back but have yet to receive it. Do not call this guy for anything. He take your money and leave you empty handed. I’ve left message after message. Absolutely zero communication! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !
Terrible sign and terrible customer service. Ordered a sign through their Etsy page. The sign was very sloppy and sharp. When I sent them a picture and my concerns they agreed that it would not meet their quality standards and they would make me a new one and ship it to me. They kept saying it had shipped yet it had not shipped. They played message tag with me on Etsy until the time lapsed on filing a complaint.
