My soon-to-be ex-wife presented a Settlement Agreement. I asked Mr. Coe to review it multiple times as I was done litigating. He refused. I went to his office and begged him to review the Settlement Agreement. He became frustrated, claiming I was telling him how to do his job. I wanted to settle. He would not assist. I ended our business together. I felt Mr. Coe was interested in continued litigation so as to reap the rewards of continued billing.
