Very disappointing experience for EV drivers. We stopped to charge our Tesla and were drawn in by the sign outside explicitly advertising "Clean Restrooms" and a "10 Minute Tesla Menu". However, as soon as we walked in, I mentioned that I was charging the car, the receptionist told us the restrooms were strictly for paying restaurant customers. When requesting restroom access while actively charging, an employee stated facilities are reserved for clients only. Paying for charging services at your location makes drivers active clients. As Canadian visitors traveling through the United States and supporting local businesses, being turned away reflects poorly on host hospitality.
