He clearly explained the carpet cleaning process, what treatment he would use, and what to expect from the stain removal. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Wow, that’s really all I can say. Cody's Carpet Cleaning Service helped my family on very short notice, and we truly appreciated it. They did an amazing carpet cleaning job, especially on the heavy pet stains that had us thinking we would need brand new carpet. The technician explained everything clearly, provided a receipt, and let us know to keep it in case we decide on carpet installation later, since that amount could be credited. Cesar at Cody's Carpet Cleaning Service is an excellent carpet cleaning tech. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He finished the job quickly, and the whole carpet cleaning process was smooth and easy. My carpet looks amazing now. With two dogs and two kids, the carpet had a musty pet odor and lots of everyday soil, but after the deep cleaning it smells fresh, looks spotless, and feels much cleaner underfoot.
