broke building facilities, but the owner even, refused to discuss this issue. never have expected this kind of reaction to a regular customer. very rude.

We hired Cody's Carpet Care to clean our upstairs. We were very unhappy with how our higher traffic areas were cleaned. As a carpet cleaning business, one would think that they would give some extra attention to those areas that have more traffic, but no. My hallway looked the same as it did prior to the cleaning in less than a week. The rest of my home was fine - when I called back to let them know I was unhappy, they said I needed to let them know by the next day if I wasn't happy.
