Art agreed to provide a custom hood by a certain date, and I made a 40 minute trip to pick it up. The shop hadn’t even started on it. No apology, just said they’ve been busy. Said they’d call me by the end of the day to let me know when it would be ready. 4 days later, no updates. My project timing is delayed due to this unreliable shop.

Art and his team are great! Walked in to get sheet metal cut to size, for a special project. They did it right away, and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend United Sheet Metal!!
