Cody has worked with me for over a year now and I feel better than I have in a long time. I play golf and met her at a demonstration at our Club Championship. I have had sessions with her since then when she makes her trips to Greenville, SC. I stay flexible and rarely have any nagging pains that were so common before she started helping me. I am looking forward to my next session.
Cody was recommended to me after a minor foot injury which left me limping a bit. Cody went to work with her structural integration techniques. The sessions were very relaxed, which was a pleasant surprise for me because I expected a bit of pain. She was very gentle but firm with her method and after a few sessions my foot was back to normal. Thank you Cody Smolik! I am so glad you have a Westport , CT office now.
