I am writing on behalf of half of my husband. Dr. Robertson is great as a doctor but, his office is and the way it is run is terrible. My husband is part of the VA out reach program that Dr. Roberson takes part in. This helps by not making my husband drive to Columbia to see a doctor. Well, he would be better off going to Columbia and dealing with the VA. Almost every visit Dr. Robertson staff says the visit was not covered by the VA or that it was not pre approved.
