Went to this pool company very terrible service
Cody Pools has been very unhelpful after completing my pool. They are now trying to charge me a fee for an issue that was clearly their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they’re passing the cost onto me, which is frustrating and unprofessional.
Highly recommend this place I will tell you right now. Just ask for Chris Hines. He will take care of everything you need. He’s very encouraging and very detail oriented. He doesn’t rush you and he will spend a lot of time helping you get your job done. I’m planning to do a second project with him.
