This review is long overdue because we spend so much time enjoying our new Cody Pool that I finally had to pull myself away to write it! We could not be more pleased with the beautiful pool that Luis Alcazar at Cody Pools designed for us. Our backyard presented a challenging layout with an unusual shape and elevation, but Luis created an incredible design that fits the space perfectly. We have been so pleased with the service from Noah and Joel. They always let us know when they are on the way. They are both very professional and detail oriented. Their reports are detailed and thorough, complete with photos of before and after service. Both let us know if anything we need to be aware of in terms of upcoming needs. Most importantly, our pool sparkles when they are finished!
10/10 recommend going with Cody Pools! From our first meeting with Rob to the last one, he was always so patient with all our changes and questions! Afterwards working with Mr. Brandon Smith was super seamless! He would update us weekly and our pool was done in a little under 3 months. We really couldn’t be happier!
Brandon Smith and the Cody Pools team did an excellent job on our new pool. From start to finish, we were kept informed and involved. The one change we requested during construction was handled without any issues. Very happy with the process and end product.
Cody built my pool one year ago and I held off writing a review because I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. They delivered as promised in a big way from design and sales with Rob Stefanic to construction with Miguel Martinez and even the warranty department takes care of business. A class act that I would do over again knowing what I know now. Friends and family love our beautiful pool, hot tub and deck area. Thank you Cody team for a job well done.
