I wouldn’t use Cody pools again if they were building pools 3 for a dollar. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. My “project manager” Dre, was practically absent and absolutely worthless. When he did show up he was unprofessional and disrespectful. They botched my patio addition, my stairs had to be redone 3 times, I had to pressure wash and stain my deck again because of all the stone dust. I witnessed workers urinating in my yard! I had to clean up their trash. Their “pool school” was a joke.... read more
We had a great experience working with Luis Alcazar at Cody Pools. Luis is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He has made everything easy to understand and has been a pleasure to work with during the design and initial phase of our project. What stood out most was how upfront and transparent he was — he made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our project. Rob Stefanic, the pool designer, and Brandon Smith, our superintendent, were very responsive, easy to work with and dealt with any issue that popped up. The pool design and materials are exactly what we wanted.
Everyone was great to work with. Luis and Dre were attentive and easy to work with. Love the pool!
