Highly recommend cody pools. It was a smooth process from initial design to finished pool. There were no surprises and they were able to meet all timelines that were communicated. The quality of the build is great. The permits were hassle free as cody pools handle the majority of the process with the city. Overall good experience and great company to choose if you are in the market.
Alex was great in helping us with the design while also staying within our budget. He had great ideas for the look we wanted! He kept us informed about the permit process and the timeline of starting the build. He was always easy to get a hold of. Reed, our construction manager, was onsite throughout the build process and was fantastic with communication. He kept us informed with each stage of construction while explaining what to expect next. We had a great experience with them and would recommend.
Great experience working Cody Pools! Alex was able to provide me the design I imagined. Offered additional equipment features explaining the benefits with patience so I could make an informed decision. The construction superintendent, Reed, kept me up to date on all progress. The entire process went smoothly and Reed has been helpful after the sale with equipment concerns. Top notch support and a beautiful pool!
My pool design and build process went very smoothly. Alex (designer/sales) and Reed (construction mgr) were super helpful, communicating often and sticking to schedule. The minor punchlist items were resolved quickly. Very happy with the final results.
