Cody Pools was wonderful to work with. The sales process was smooth and informative; Alex came out and reviewed our wants and needs and then came up with a personalized design within days. He even included our dog lying on the porch in the design. We received multiple designs initially, and then he revised it several times with different add-ons and subtractions we had after reviewing it. The install was a great experience as well. Would not recommend working with this company. They mess up and don’t take responsibility and left a mess on the bottom of the pool. Huge lack of communication!!
We had an amazing experience with Cody Pools from start to finish. Alex did a phenomenal job taking our vision and turning it into a beautiful reality, paying attention to every detail. Reed made sure everything stayed on track and the crew delivered on time with great communication throughout the process. The entire team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Our backyard has truly been transformed into an oasis—we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
