Dr. Ott did an excellent job on my eye surgery . Highly recommended.
Dr Ott is a very good office with a staff that is very rude and incompetent of doing the job you make an appointment you’re waiting an hour and they tell you a normal seeing the doctor is 2 to 4 hours from when you make to meet the appointment is not acceptable. In addition the office when you go to pay for your co-pay doesn’t in 2024 from using Apple or Google pay to Zelle to Venmo etc. this is not the 1970s. I specifically asked the woman as I was leaving.
