I called and made an appointment in March. Showed up today (July) and it had been cancelled. I was not told it had been canceled in advance. The employees in the office said they could not help me. I had to call central scheduling who then advised I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment until October. 7 MONTHS after my first attempt to make an appointment. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
