This is the owner/affiliate of Heritage Portraits and albums. Complete fraud. My department, over 200+ members got them to do a photoshoot and ordered MANY yearbooks. 21 months later and we have NOTHING. The only response given is the attached photo. They don't even answer the phone. If this individual and company stole from you, contact me and I will get you in touch with an attorney that is looking at a class action lawsuit.
I ordered family photos from them sent payment. Now they wont respond to calls or emails! And I still do not have my photos that I paid for.
They had a representative in Jones County, GA who was taking photos and selling packages. We took our photos, paid for a package and was advised it would be two weeks. Well, I confirmed they received the money but never sent the photos. I've tried reaching out 5 times. I did receive a call back around a month ago stating I would receive them within a week or two but I never did. I hate to write a bad review but you can't just take money and never provide what was paid for.
