I love this Dr he helped me with getting me off all these old medicine that my older Dr had me on for years . He listens to me and I can ask him him anything.. I feel so much better thank you dr Cody !!

Best doc ever! A well grounded man I put mine and my family's trust in. I'm like a lot of seniors with parents to care for. It isn't easy, but it's a lot better when your healthcare team takes the time to know you, your family, and your everyday life at this stage of the game. It's more that just building a successful practice for the Doc, he really cares! If your situation is anything like mine, and you need help - patience - and empathy, you're going to find it Dr. Choate's office and the "Clinic on Board St".
Dr Choate listens to the patient. His seems to be more proactive on patient care. I appreciate the DO approach to patient care.
