Cody and staff are always there for questions and assistance as needed. They are very responsive and quick to provide information/direction for claims and other questions/concerns.
Great Customer Service!
I notice other reviews giving high stars haven't actually needed to USE it. It seems nice and they're personable. But they doubled our rates on our cars "due to an error on our past not applying some of the discounts right". I canceled that part of my policy, but they continue to call me every month non stop even after asking them not to to reinstate the auto policies. Every time they make the excuse "Oh that was the new guy sorry". But that brings up 2 issues: who is telling the new guy to call me? Or not training them righ... read more
