Place is about as unprofessional as it gets. Will withhold meds if they don’t get to “see you” multiple times a year. Even if you travel extensively for work and explained that too them upon becoming a new patient. It is also a massive hurdle for them to complete basis tasks you need your PCP to preform. Had them for 2.5 years. Worst experience I’ve had at any office.
Dr. Cody Smith is by far the best doctor at UPMC. He is caring, funny, & personable. He is highly educated, and he does not rush the appointment. Dr. Smith is very empathetic, caring, & and is willing to help his patients by reaching out to other medical professionals to see what else he could do for support. DR Allens nurses are very nice and they are willing to help you at anytime. Dr. 10/10, CMA 10/10, friendliness 10/10, Nurses 10/10.
Dr.Cody Smith is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s so friendly and personable. He feels like visiting a friend every time. I always leave feeling better. The office there is amazing as well. Thank you all for treating your patients with compassion.
I started seeing Dr. Smith over a year ago when my old PCP sadly retired. I was hesitant about having to start over with a new PCP, but I figured I would give him a try.
