Unbelievable experience all around! Zach and Tommy were very punctual, thorough, and attentive to detail. They remodeled our entire basement in a very timely manner, plus the end result FAR exceeded our expectations! In fact, we hope to use them again very soon for another shed project we have! We bought a home remodeled by Codex Homes and we are so impressed with the quality. We bought the home just before the remodel was finished so most of the design choices were picked by Codex. They chose high end finishes in all of the bathrooms and the cabinets were all soft close and dove tail. Not all builders will install these higher end details without upgrade fees. They were so easy to work with. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Codex homes renovated 2 full bathrooms down to the studs and added a 3rd full bathroom in our house in Hyde Park. It was a pretty intense job - moving/removing walls, replacing/moving plumbing, replacing electric - in a 115 year old house. Zach was super easy to work with, flexible, transparent, and organized. We have been super happy with the outcome. It’s been about a year and a half since they’ve finished and we’ve had 0 issues.
Zach and his team were great to work with. We had a lot of ideas when we bought our 1991 built home. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered realistic feedback, coordinated with us to do some of the work ourselves to save money, and sent reliable workers (drywall, electrical, plumbing) who did their jobs well. He even came back to add some cabinet trim after we finally installed tile ourselves a year and a half later.
