Beware of dark patterns and just avoid the “trial” because it is worse than hell to get contact (save yourself and use W3 school and their transparency for most of these “certificates”), reminder to anyone with a soul: cancel right away or don’t even sign up

Avoid at all costs. They vampire billed me (billed me without prior notice and without a receipt) and their support email now goes to mailer daemon so there is no way to contact them. They don't have a way to remove your credit card info once you add it to your account.

Their customer service is great! They are compassionate, professional. Their team was able to provide prompt and reliable assistance for my request. I applaud their efforts as quite often these days customer support is pretty bad, or non existent in many cases with regard to other companies.

I've been a member here for a long time. This past year however has been a true trial in getting logged in. This week we're dealing with the same issue. It doesn't like the password, even though I know for a fact it is the one that was established. You request a password reset, it never comes. You get online to them and leave a support ticket. Instead of calling you, hours later you receive an email from a support rep saying they sent another password reset. It never arrives. You go back to their site and enter another ticke... read more

I tried to cancel my subscription and wasn’t able to so I sent them a message the day my subscription was supposed to renew and haven’t heard back - it’s been over a week and there is no number to call?!
