Joined Code Blue network a couple of years ago as a restoration contractor and our experience has been a complete disaster. Unprofessional representatives, unpaid jobs, scopes of work minimized to reduce bills, staff not trained in restoration, their systems don’t work and they blame the provider on the field. Based on some other reviews and feedback from the industry they are known to be the worst TPA.
Worst company ever they had to re brand and change names!
Don’t waste your time. Trash…..
I am a licensed and insured restoration company and have been working with codeblue for 2 years now. Like most insurance companies, you need to get approval for demo. They have always worked with me when I need to get a cat 3 loss started asap. I enjoy working with them. It you do your job right then you have no problems. I plan on working with then for a long time.
