Biggest scam/trash company ever- Allstate/USAA/State Farm/ Farmers they all use them to trim down the contractors invoices to scraps on the dollar for doing work- never will recommend or use a network contractor
Joined Code Blue network a couple of years ago as a restoration contractor and our experience has been a complete disaster. Unprofessional representatives, unpaid jobs, scopes of work minimized to reduce bills, staff not trained in restoration, their systems don’t work and they blame the provider on the field. Based on some other reviews and feedback from the industry they are known to be the worst TPA.
Worst company ever they had to re brand and change names!
Don’t waste your time. Trash…..
