David is the worst person to deal with.He's a bait and switch artists.I'm gonna post all the pictures that I have when I even said.Don't do this bait and switch on me.And he said, I wouldn't, and then he continued to do it afterward.

Update - David’s response below is all lies. The property is not in an LLC. There were no issues with any drawings. I never spoke to any other “staff” other than him because they likely don’t exist. He knew going in that the permit required a contractor - that was the whole point of me calling him. He did absolutely nothing and then stole from me. This guy David is a scammer. We had been cited by code enforcement for a number of issues, several of which were not valid violations.
