I cannot recommend Code Pro of the Palm Beaches highly enough. David Allan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the Tee Box Delray project. David was able to resolve my issues and have everything closed in just a couple of days! What was becoming a disaster making calls and emails myself, with no success or response, he handled in 48 hours. Very thankful for the knowledge and professionalism.

David is the worst person to deal with.He's a bait and switch artists.I'm gonna post all the pictures that I have when I even said.Don't do this bait and switch on me.And he said, I wouldn't, and then he continued to do it afterward.

Update - David’s response below is all lies. The property is not in an LLC. There were no issues with any drawings. I never spoke to any other “staff” other than him because they likely don’t exist. He knew going in that the permit required a contractor - that was the whole point of me calling him. He did absolutely nothing and then stole from me. This guy David is a scammer. When you hear how he talks and your brain tells you don’t trust this guy, listen. He will spin a tale that he can fix your code problems and kn... read more
