Update - David’s response below is all lies. The property is not in an LLC. There were no issues with any drawings. I never spoke to any other “staff” other than him because they likely don’t exist. He knew going in that the permit required a contractor - that was the whole point of me calling him. He did absolutely nothing and then stole from me. This guy David is a scammer.
