Not real crazy about the whole "Facetime your BLS" course but Carlos (in PA.) was great and couldn't have been more helpful as I struggled to air into the adult mannequin (quite unlike the floppy airways of real people who are trying to die). But it was quick and Carlos got me out of there without any headaches.
