Used the virtual teacher Gene. He was great.
I am a person who over thinks and has test anxiety. Not only that but I had a crazy morning at home with everyone having appointments so I got my time wrong. They got me rescheduled the same day and my instructor for the acls got me calm before I started. I recommend this for anyone needing to renew.
