I am a person who over thinks and has test anxiety. Not only that but I had a crazy morning at home with everyone having appointments so I got my time wrong. They got me rescheduled the same day and my instructor for the acls got me calm before I started. I recommend this for anyone needing to renew.
The entire process was very smooth and easy to follow. The part 2 skills check-off was really great. I went in, was able to do my skills completion and finished within 30 minutes.
Richard Mazzie with Code One is by far an AWESOME virtual instructor. I was so nervous, but he made me feel at ease. He took his time and patiently worked with me through out the skills session because for some the virtual training can be more difficult. The way he explained the skills session made everything make sense and it all came together. Thank You Richard for your patience, knowledge and your Gracious personality!! FIVE STARS AND THUMBS UP FOR YOU RICHARD!!!
