I had an excellent experience with the American Heart Association BLS Skills Training through Code One CPR. The location was easy to get to, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Jennifer, my skills assessment instructor, was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. This was a quick and easy process! Instuctor was very helpful and patient. You basically work with the computer rather than a person during CPR so less delays. It takes some getting use to with the peds part but when get it, you get it.
