Santina was very helpful and supportive during my skills assessment when I had a technical difficulty. She stepped right and straightened everything out and stayed with me until I was finished. I appreciated her help code ones ACLS online is easy to navigate and going to the Beacon for the skills is very convenient.
The CPR Hands-Only skills review was clear and comprehensive. Richard Mazzie was an excellent instructor and communicator, and made me feel confident in my ability to respond in an emergency situation.
Nathan was the best instructor ever!!!
