This our third summer doing the camps. The owner, Ray, is involved in the day to day operations, learns the kids’ names, and is highly invested in making sure they have a positive experience. The instructors are great too. The camps are a good combination of fun and learning.
My kids had an amazing time at one of the camps. They came home so excited about what they learned and the friends they made. They want to come back as soon as possible.
My child has dyslexia and he has many hidden talents. Putting him in Code Ninjas was a big decision for him. I worried he would be left behind. However, it was the opposite. I love how he felt included in everything, and how tailored it was for him, and how much he learned while staying motivated. Programs like these are few, and the owner is an absolute gem of a person. He’s attentive to everyone and very knowledgeable, I’m sure beyond his field.
This place is great! My son was hesitant to go at first but they made him feel so welcome during his first session. Ray was so helpful in explaining the program and options to me while they tested where my son was at, and helped him create his first game. My kiddo is beyond excited and looking forward to coming back! I also love that it fits right in with our homeschooling!
Our experience with Code Ninjas has been excellent! My son had expressed interest in beginning coding, so we scheduled a tour with Ray. The tour with Ray was thoughtfully put together in which we were able to talk through the program and cover the various belts/levels my son would work his way through. My son was able to ask questions and also express and talk through his interests and what he wanted to gain from the program.
