I loved how Billy gave me a nice neat structure of my hair. He explained to me why he had to do a certain way to achieve the bob cut that I wanted as I had so many layers in my hair that was hard to really achieve a straight bob cut. I am very happy and he is very kind and polite person. Also I want to recognized the help of the receptionist who took my call - I forgot his name, but I asked if I can come as walk in customer, they really tried to accommodate me as a very last minute booking.
