This place is amazing! I used to do Zumba, Herbalife, countless gyms.... you name it. I just could not find something that I enjoyed doing to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I LOVE CODE FITNESS!!! I look forward to working out daily. This facility is very clean, smells great & most importantly has amazing positive energy. I typically start my workouts at 5am. I'm pretty much a slug when I get there!!! But I walk in and Shelly is so positive and full of energy! I leave feeling great and with a pep in my step. Code fitness is an authentic profound gym... one of a kind I have to say! Positive energy all around. Shelly is a an amazing trainer truly blessed for us to cross path.
