The owner is a good guy! Doesn't charge for cleaning your charging port! Other than that, he's very knowledgeable and relatively quick! Relative to the job and prior commitments, of course.
Cody has serviced a couple of my laptops. He communicated exactly what was needed to fix both computers; nothing more, nothing less. The turnaround time on both repairs was very quick.
My husband and I are not very tech savvy. Cody set up our new laptop and transferred over docs from our old laptop. When we got home, I was having some issues and Cody patiently walked me thru what I needed to do. He ended by saying "Call me if you ever have any more issues." HE IS THE BEST! We HIGHLY recommended him to all our friends and family as the best and VERY reasonably priced go-to guy for electronics!
Helped us with our phone. Seemed very knowledgeable, very patient with us and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend!
Great customer service and fixed my iPhone 12 (cracked back glass and needed a new battery) runs like brand new!
