Mr. Taylor is a very knowledgeable and professional specialist. He and Jennifer made the ADA compliance process very easy for our office tenants and we are extremely grateful. RAS was very personable and, rather than just spending 5 minutes with a tape measure, marking violations and walking away, he explained things in terms those without this type of license can understand, and gave excellent recommendations.
