PEs and administration are extremely tolerant of racial and psychological abuse of and towards minority employees. Avoid this morally blind firm at all costs. Would give 0 stars if possible. Worked at this firm for 6 months , was racially and psychologically harassed before receiving a request to find a new job after reporting the harassment; the behavior was not addressed. This firm lacks the necessary diversity required to provide ethical consultation or service, hence the reputation of CCI.
