Left several msg to enquire about a new heating system and as they installed a new A/C in August and never returned my call/text/email. Are these guys still in business? Nonexistent customer service, so I took my business elsewhere and got a new heating system installed by a Professional Company.
Asked for a quote for plenum replacement and duct work repair. Crew showed up without notice, didn’t even get up in the attic, told my wife we’d need a new plenum and two new runs of duct. Get a quote today for a new plenum and all new duct work for $7100. Not sure how that conclusion was made I need complete duct work replacement since they never actually got in the attic, just looked through the access. The guys at Code Blue took great care of me with replacing a mini split unit. They were thorough, went the extra mile in correcting things that were done wrong by the prior unit’s installer and even repaired some drywall that the old unit damaged. Can’t be happier with the service and attention to detail. Also when my new unit went out due to a manufacturer defect they went to bat for me with the manufacturer to get a replacement.
