Love the Code Blue crew!! I do the 5:15am bootcamps. They are always challenging and also fun! The instructors are very motivating and mix up the workouts to keep them fresh! My daughter has also benefited from the one on one sports performance training sessions. The $ is very affordable!!!

I have been working out with code blue for a few years now and would never want to go anywhere else. You get a great workout with amazing trainers and a good group of friends to enjoy it with.

I started working out with code blue fitness a few years ago when Lisa would do classes out at the park! Working out at a new place back then had me feeling intimidated. On that first day I was welcomed and never felt uncomfortable! I had found my place! I've achieved many personal goals through this gym and I'd recommend it in a heart beat. I’ve been going to code blue for a little over a year now and let me tell you each and every time I go it reminds me that I can exceed my expectations. The instructors are extremely motivating and always push you to do you absolute best even when you don’t think you can do anymore and you don’t have anything to give they get more. I suggest giving it a try if you want a judgement free, family oriented, friendly gym that will push you hard and hold you accountable to reach your goals. #TrustTheProcess.
