I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The whole place smelled bad, and the cleanliness was horrible. The towels reeked of bleach, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The bedsheets had a strange odor, and the couches looked like they were picked up off the street.

Terrible joint, staff not friendly or helpful, No reception at 8.30am, no key drop, no one who cared. Run by ESL staff. Apartment tired. TV didn't work with impending weather event, unable to stay up to date. Advised will fix tomorrow. No hangers, no broom, barely furnished with crappy 2 seater couch that looked like it should have been thrown out years ago! Bed should go too. Outdoor setting past life. In general furnished with crap. You can do a lot better. Don't go.

This place is below average. Staff at check in were all over the place & were too busy joking amongst themselves to engage with customers. Not rude but quite unprofessional & lacking any sort of customer service. All of the fittings throughout were in poor condition. Only 2 pillows on the double bed. Requested some additional pillows from reception but the pillows never arrived. Great location, reasonable pricing. Rooms were clean, and standard. Location was great for access into the Valley
