Absolute disgrace of a property. My stay here was ruined by a filthy bathroom infested with insects, and a broken clothes dryer that made a loud, grinding racket. When I reached out to management with video evidence to address these issues, the response from the front office was completely dismissive. Instead of taking accountability for the lack of professional cleaning and broken amenities, they actively refused any reasonable resolution and told me I was "welcome to leave honest feedback." Stayed here last month for 4 days. Customer service was friendly. Room was ok, needs more maintenance. Bed was comfy. Location was good, close to train station. My biggest negative is my $100 bond I’m still trying to get back after almost a month since my trip. No one can seem to tell me why it’s taking so long. NEVER AGAIN!!
Horrendous service. Place literally has roaches and crawling bugs in beds. MJ was nothing but difficult.
Thank you to the team at Code Apartments for a wonderful stay. Exceptional friendly kind reception staff and a great location close to the hospital. A comfortable bed and clean generous size room with a lovely little balcony which has great 180 degree views of Bowen hills and herston and fortitude valley. I definitely recommend Code apartments for anyone looking to stay in the area.
Quite possibly the biggest dump I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. The room smelled. Broken and worn out furniture Toilet seats weren’t fixed to the toilet. No hairdryer, the microwave didn’t work. Beds were worn out and the pillows were stained. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid at all costs
