Great gym, dropped in for about a month and everyone was super welcoming. Excellent coaches and programming, hope to return!
Came as a drop in while visiting in vacation. Great workout! Inspiring environment! The coach and other members were so welcoming and friendly! Excited to come back every time I visit Bend now!
Dropped in today to do a Hyrox Workout and just see how the gym was programmed. I’ll have to say I was very impressed by Coach Steph. Her whiteboard brief was succinct, her demonstration of the movement and movement standards left no guessing, and her explanation of the stimulus of the workout made me understand what I was supposed to get out of the Workout. Steph really did a great job at managing the class and coaching all the athletes.. Highly recommend.
What an amazing experience! All the coaches are friendly and skilled at what they do. And you can tell that they genuinely care about the community they are building. I've been a part of a few different boxes and this one is definitely at the top of my list!
I dropped in at Code 541 for a 6A class and was greeted, by name, by Coach Jaye. As a drop-in you are sometimes do not receive much coaching (they just don't want you to hurt yourself) but that was NOT the case here. The coach gave me several cues to help me improve my handstand and also took time to reinforce some of the things that I was doing well during the WOD. The members made a point to say hi and make me feel welcome. If you are looking for a place to drop-in I would highly recommend Code 541.
