A wonderful community. The gym is always spotless. I really enjoy that they offer both CrosssFit and Hyrox specific workouts.

Super welcoming coaching team/community, very intentional about their programming, feedback/instruction, community engagement, and gym cleanliness/management. Able to modify for all levels/injuries. My 61 year old mom was in town visiting and came to her first CrossFit workout and they went above and beyond to make her feel welcomed, accomplished, and made sure she enjoyed the workout when she was feeling intimidated about giving it a try! So grateful for this community
