Their software is a disaster. A basic backup that spawns 130 threads of execution and drains your laptop battery on high CPU. Years of misery. The company could not care less about fixing their problem. I do not recommend.
Abruptly canceled our on premise licenses so we could no longer offer backups to our clients. We had been with them for many years. We now have to eat the cost to move clients to a new service.
There is basically no customer service or poor support and when you call sales the phone rings forever and nobody answers.
