In my personal opinion... I valued the work Nichol originally did for me with my case but it appears she is NOT able to keep up with her caseload (as of this writing) after losing a key staff position in 2026, per her own admission. I still want to believe Nichol is a nice person, but she fell behind by months on my case. Nichol Fitzpatrick at code 4 legal is an amazing attorney, she helped me as a father go through family court process for my daughter. I felt that I would be given the littlest amount of time with my daughter but she helped me to where we got joint custody. she was very helpful, thoughtful and not once did she give me the slightest idea of giving up. If anybody needs help with family court I would recommend her every time.
If I could find another word for exceptional I would. From the first time talking with Nichol over the phone, she took the time to really understand and listen to me. I never felt rushed. I was able to genuinely connect with Nichol.
