Best ER experience ever! The staff is friendly and the nurses and techs were professional and provided excellent care. Any time you think ER, you think of the long wait time. There wasn’t a long wait here! I was seen quickly and the doctor who treated me, Dr. Muniz, was very knowledge and listened to all my concerns. This facility is state of the art and very clean! I highly recommend this place over your regular, run-of-the-mill hospital ER. Minimal wait and superb one-on-one care. Hands down!
Excellent Service. Fast, Efficient and Clean
Me and my girlfriend went here because she had an infected cyst and was putting off a huge fever. Upon arrival it was a very nice looking hospital, But when it came down to checking in they refused to even let her in because both of us didn't bring our money. We were in such a hurry we left and grabbed her Id and insurance. Usually we have the copay billed so we can pay everything at once instead of two separate payments but this horribly rude lady in the front had the decency to tell us to call a parent to pay for us becaus... read more

Visiting Texas family in McKinney when my husband had a flare up of Steven Johnson syndrome 3rd time in 6 years. Only thing that helps is steroids IV drip. We walked in to the ER at Craig Ranch on Alma Rd. expecting to have a long night! Pleasantly we were greeted by the receptionist who was so friendly, then immediately we were taken to a room by a very nice nurse, vitals taken, information taken and Dr. Peter Brokish came in within 5 minutes.
