Charles is always professional and honest. He has replaced our unit, my Mom's unit, our office has also had him replace multiple units. He is great to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with their unit.
Spoke to owner on the phone explaining my A/C problem. He gave me a few things to try (at no cost to me) first and said he could come out and take a look if the issue was not resolved after trying the pointers and tips he gave me. Who does that these days? How awesome was that? Despite trying a couple possible fixes, he came out, identified and took care of the problem.
