WORST ever. I called looking for information and the receptionist gave me a phone number she said was for the front desk. I called it, and it was for a salon called Pretty Nails. What a joke of a place.
ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!! Worst clinic in the world. My counselor told me "it's not her problem if I got clean or not, she gets a paycheck regardless!!" Walked off 125mgs of methadone left that place and never looked back!! DO NOT GET ON METHADONE!!! IT IS POISON YOU'LL GAIN 80LBS OF UNHEALTHY WATER WEIGHT LOOK AND FEEL AWFUL. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY THE CRANSTON OFFICE!!! God bless
This is a great program i had a great counselor great director good nurses staff health homes they genuily care about you!! I've been enrolled in the codac program for about 9 years!
