Do not buy a car from these guys. I paid almost 12k for a 2011 mini cooper and it's an absolute piece of garbage. They filled a crack in the water pump with cheap silicone as a "fix", and will actively avoid you when you try and ask them to fix the lemon they sold you. You'll find better salespeople and vehicles literally anywhere else
Very helpful though small sized staff. The sales personnel was very helpful. I was able to get a vehicle which I had hoped for and may consider buying from them in the future
I will not buy any car from them or do any business with them. I had to call them every week for past 2 months in order to figure out when my title is getting processed. It took them 2 months just to be like we sorry but we don’t care. My recommendation stay away from this place.
The buying experience was pretty good - responsive, friendly, negotiable, and helpful with shipping the vehicle. However once the sale was made it was almost impossible to get a hold of someone for some concerns I had. Once the vehicle was received it was in worse condition than I was assured -"one of the cleanest sky's we've ever gotten so far" - and literally zero response to aid in any of the concerns.
