So far this has been the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. Al & Joseph were very professional and not pushy at all. The Saturn Vue I purchased is very clean and they even made a couple repairs I requested with no extra charge. I live about 15 miles away and by the time I got home, though it handled very well, it is making a slight knocking sound. They gave me a 500 mile warranty so I am sure they will take care of it. From the beginning of our communication to the moment i drove my new vehicle off the lot, the interaction was genuine, kind & enjoyable. I purchased a very clean, well maintained & perfectly priced BMW X1. They offered me the carfax upon arrival. As well as going over all of the maintenance they had done on it. I called these folks last week to ask two questions regarding a vehicle I seen listed on the internet. First question was is there a dent in the trunk lid as it kinda looked like it in the photo. Their response was "the vehicle was off getting the bumper painted because it was too nice of a vehicle not too". OK, so that doesn't answer my question. We were referred by our daughter and had an amazing experience at Coda Motors LLC.Our sales representative, Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The entire process was smooth. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how much Joseph went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we found the perfect vehicle for us. I highly recommend this business.
After a lady ran a stop sign and totaled my car, the idea of shopping for a car felt overwhelming to me. I told Joseph I wanted a car the same make and model as my car that was totaled. He found a car very similar to the one I lost, same make and model, but newer and with a fraction of the miles. He had it shipped from Pennsylvania, thoroughly checked it over, had it fully detailed and ready for me in a matter of days. He sold it to me at a very reasonable price and it’s a great car!
