Excellent customer service and best prices ! I've been with them for seven years . They're always friendly . It's a pleasure to call them.
Excellent service! Best prices in this entire area. Never late. Never spills oil on my property. Have even made emergency runs for me when I forgot to check fuel and order on time. Allows me to pay on payday even if it's several days later than delivery date. I think they're wonderful, and I think the one negative reviewer speaks for herself with her bigoted comments about country folks. Shame on her!
Efficient, timely
I have a digital oil gauge. Has worked perfectly fine with all deliveries from COD. Yesterday I received a delivery of supposedly 175 gallons. However, my gauge said I only got 145 gallons. I ordered 150 gallons not 175. I asked COD rep about this they said send pictures from gauge. I sent the pictures. Then received a cowardly email from the rep, not the manager, that digital gauges are not accurate. Which is bull. The reason many companies use digital gauges are for their accuracy and ease of use.
