Purchased home built by COD Homes in 2024, attention to detail & quality of home is above standards, team goes above and beyond making sure customer is completely satisfied even after the purchase has been made. We would hire same company to build another home in the future, hands down.
When we decided to make an addition to our existing home to expand our kitchen and bathroom, we called Mark with COD Home Services. He had completed two jobs earlier with friends and the work was impressive. We met with Mark and talked at length about what we would like to include. COD put an extension on our deck and screened in the covered portion. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted so Mark drew up some options to help us visualize the results. We are so pleased with the deck and wonderful solid stain that compliments our house color. Check out the after and before pictures. The deck was done after a major remodel that included new siding, reviewed separately. Highly recommend!
