Completely worthless service. I received a very important mail and there is no way to access it. The email they sent says “account verified. Just kidding, you still need to verify” how? They dont tell how, and also won’t give option on how to do it. I called their costumer service and it was completely worthless. Their solution? To go from Safari to Firefox. Worked? Obviously not. Not to mention the rooster singing out loud on the background of their phone call.

I was looking for a virtual office solution and the fine people at Cocreativ have been very attentive and took the time to answer my many questions. I'm glad to work with a service that has such reliable customer service and for that reason I would recommend them to anyone who has never set up a virtual office before.
